Immediate opening for a Bilingual Administrative Associate-Medical in Lake Elsinore, CA who possesses :

Bilingual Spanish is required-

Minimum 2 years of Medical office experience

Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Experience with handling confidential files-

Experience with scheduling appointments & Referrals-

Must have a valid CA. drivers license

FULL DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities :

Review and maintain patient records / files-

Assisting with scheduling appointments-

Data Entry using excel-

Front and back office administrative duties -

Answering phone-Multi -line system

Requirements :

Strong written, verbal and listening communication skill

Basic computer software knowledge MS Excel

Experience with scheduling appointments

2 years minimum of medical office experience

Bilingual Spanish required

Must have valid CA DL, and basic automobile insurance

Must be able to pass live scan DOJ

Part-time : 20-30 hours a week

Pay $20.00 per hour
