Seeking candidates for to operate and maintain Hydromat Operator positions.

All Shifts Available!

Pay is $18-20 / hr plus shift differential.

Job Duties include :

Loading raw material, selecting and installing the correct tooling based on part specifications, adjusting machine parameters according to blueprints.

Monitoring the machine during production runs, checking for quality issues, adjusting settings as needed to maintain tolerances.

Performing in-process inspections using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Changing worn or damaged tools, performing minor tool adjustments between part runs.

Cleaning and lubricating the machine, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.

Maintaining production logs, recording quality data, and documenting any machine malfunctions

• Specific Skills :  Ability to read blueprints. Mathematical skills, computer skills, mechanical ability and knowledge of machine operation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace.
• Education & Experience :   High School Diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge :   Ability to read and preferred knowledge to interpret blueprints and schematics. Ability to follow and execute detailed processes / directions.
