Senior Front-End Engineer (Generative AI)

Our client is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer (Generative AI) to join their company for a full-time, permanent position that is remote capable. The Engineer will be building cutting-edge chatbot and concierge platforms , as well as intuitive interfaces for ML models and data products.

Location : Remote, must reside in California, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Idaho, Wyoming or Missouri
Compensation : This job is expected to pay about $160,000-180,000 plus benefits

What You’ll Do :

Design and develop responsive, user-centric web applications and integrations of machine learning or GenAI tools (e.g., chatbots, AI agents, RAG models, etc.).

Create seamless integrations with backend services, APIs, and EHR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic).

Contribute to the architectural decisions that scale and secure our AI frontend experiences.

Transform end-user requirements and feedback into concrete, accessible, and functional user interface designs that meet clinical and administrative workflow needs.

Participate in code reviews, prototyping, and user testing with clinicians and administrators.

Implement telemetry and analytics for user behavior and product performance.

Stay up to date with best practices in secure healthcare software development and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, etc.)

What Gets You the Job :

3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).

Familiarity with design systems, UI frameworks, and accessibility (WCAG / ARIA).

Experience working with machine learning and GenAI models applications (e.g., AWS and Azure AI marketplaces).

Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and front-end / backend integration.

Strong experience in UX.

Experience using version control (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.

Experience deploying apps using containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Solid understanding of frontend security and authentication best practices.
