Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers
Build and execute technical enablement plans for channel partners and systems integrators
Oversee onboarding and training of new Sales Engineering staff
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years' experience in Sales Engineering Management
Proven ability to provide technical demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
Experience with deployment, configuration, and integration of software-based solutions
Experience using Salesforce.com
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
