Job Title : Compounding Lab Pharmacy Technician / Lab Assistant
Reports To : Compounding Lab Pharmacist
Status : Full-time
Location : Crooksville, OH
Responsibilities :
- Completes compounding responsibilities on a daily basis
- Batch compounder-uses bigger scale to make large batches of pain creams
and hormone creams
orders and to fill premade compounds
and refills book
8.Answer all phone calls that come into lab
9.Fill all prescriptions that are already batched
10.Refill calls daily
Training :
Policies and Procedures
compounding knowledge
Minimum of 1 year pharmacy experience preferred High School Diploma or
GED equivalent. Registered as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician
Trainee with the State Board of Pharmacy preferred.
Scheduled hours will be 9 : 00 a.m. to 1 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday
