Stationary Engineer High Pressure / Boiler Operator

Operates and maintains high-pressure, manually-controlled and / or fully-automatic high pressure steam boilers; services steam boilers by performing such operations as regulating temperatures, draft fans and natural gas / fuel feeds, controlling and maintaining proper fire, checking controls and servicing all automatic equipment, pumps, injectors, emission control devices and monitors, and accessories; maintains correct fuel and water treatment and water levels; records and interprets pressure, combustion and other gauges; makes functional check of boilers during firing and after completion of major repair operations. Operates chillers, air compressors, and other devices as part of the operation of the central utility plant.
