Job Title : Data Entry Clerk / Billing Clerk

Location : Beaumont TX 77705

Duration : 6 Months (Contract)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Billing Clerk to support billing operations and ensure accuracy in financial documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple billing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate accounts receivable invoices and prepare them for mailing or electronic submission.

Research and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and accurately.

Prepare monthly statements and related correspondence for clients and internal teams.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely and correct billing.

Support general administrative and data entry duties as required.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in data entry billing or accounts receivable preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) .

Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail .

Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Strong organizational and communication skills .

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines .
