Director, IFM Solution Development

Sodexo is seeking a Director, IFM Solution Development to join our Corporate Services Solutions Team. In this role, you will be a key contributor by building strong customer value propositions that meet client needs and outcomes, from planning to development and then execution. Reporting to the Business Solutions VP, this role will focus specifically on new and existing Integrated Facilities Management business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management along with Business Development experience in creating solutions for Fortune 1000 companies.

This is a Remote Role with approximately 50% travel. Candidates can reside in any state near a major airport.

The Director, IFM Solution Development coordinates a team of SMEs in the development, pricing, and articulation of compelling value propositions to meet new and existing client requirements and secure / retain business. As a resource on the team, you will own areas of high complexity and significant business impact, which require the solution to meet customer requirements and provide profitable return. This individual must build and demonstrate strategic and organizational agility, plus effective negotiation bringing data, insights, and strong interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop compelling workplace & technical solutions for new client opportunities as well as current client business growth, account retention and sector business activities
• Project manage SME teams to create solutions; manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Support development of innovative tailored solutions to achieve customers' key drivers, a full understanding of the competitor landscape for each opportunity as well as developing winning solution and competitive pricing to ensure margin and risk requirements are met
• Research into industry trends and movements, so that innovative and leading-edge workplace practices and solutions are provided, helping to provide competitive advantage for the business
• Work closely with transition and operational leaders to provide contextual guidance for the successful mobilization of all new business using systems and processes, following closely the details of the contract, the scope of work, risk / reward KPI's, client satisfaction, and the financial drivers

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years in developing technical solutions and construction design
