• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans.
• Monitor and document vital signs, fluid intake/output, and other critical patient information.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards in all documentation practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

Candidate requirements

• BSN, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable with relevant experience.
• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a medical-surgical or orthopedic setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
