Compensation : $145,000.00 To $187,000.00 Annually

Benefits :

Vacation : 20 vacation days annually.

Sick Leave : Employees receive 40 hours of sick leave per year, separate from vacation time.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Physicians : Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,500.

Nurse Practitioners : Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of $3,000.

Additional Info : Required (or Preferred) Qualifications / Experience :

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification in the state of California.

Bilingual in Vietnamese / Somali preferred

Master's degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited program with a focus on family practice.

Current DEA and BLS certificates are required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or family practice setting.

Strong knowledge and proficiency in primary care, including health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.

Must be COMFORTABLE with all age groups.
