About the Role

We’re growing a friendly, creative, and community-centered practice in  Croton-on-Hudson, NY , and we’re looking for a  Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC or MHC-LP)  or  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)  to join us full-time.

This position is ideal for a therapist who is looking for both  independent clinical work  and  collaboration within a supportive team . You’ll provide individual, family, and parenting therapy for  children, adolescents, and adults , primarily in person, with occasional telehealth sessions.

We’re a  startup group practice , so we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us—creative, flexible, and motivated to help shape the direction of the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy for  children, teens, adults, and families
• Offer  parenting support  and collaborate with schools when needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (progress notes within 48 hours)
• Participate in  case consultations  as needed
• Help  develop new programs or groups  based on your interests
• Work primarily  in-office  with occasional telehealth flexibility

This is a  full-time role (about 25 clients per week) , with primary hours between  3 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 PM on weekdays . Please understand there’s a  ramp-up period  for client caseload and insurance credentialing—and we’ll support you through it.
