Commercial Closing Officer

A company is looking for a Commercial Closing Officer I.

Key Responsibilities

Validate loan closing documentation and ensure compliance with credit terms and regulatory requirements

Review and interpret loan documentation, ensuring alignment with legal guidance and policies

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and finalize loan funding and booking

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience in commercial loan closing or documentation

In lieu of a degree, a combined six years of higher education and / or work experience with two years in commercial loan closing or related fields

Knowledge of the commercial closing process, loan documentation, and applicable regulations

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time constraints

Self-motivated and well-organized individual
