Location : Ramsey, New Jersey – Onsite - Hybrid
Compensation : $200,000–$350,000 + Bonus Based on Milestones

Description
A fast-growing SaaS technology company in Monsey is seeking a high-level VP of Engineering & Technology to lead, scale, and elevate the entire engineering organization. This is a rare opportunity for someone who has already succeeded in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams — and is ready to bring that experience into a professional, structured, and fast-growth environment.
We're looking for a strong technical and operational leader who has :
- Scaled SaaS teams at high speed
- Built engineering structure, process, and discipline
- Led transitions from startup-style chaos to professional execution
- A proven ability to deliver high-quality software at scale
- The leadership presence to build culture, accountability, and ownership
- Fluency in Yiddish to collaborate effectively in a heimish work environment

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership & Team Scaling
Build, grow, and structure the engineering team into a high-performing organizationEstablish engineering processes, workflows, sprint structures, and execution standardsIntroduce clarity, accountability, and a professional development cultureRecruit, coach, and develop top engineering talentTechnical Strategy & Execution
Oversee architecture, scalability, and system performance for a growing SaaS platformEnsure technical decisions support business goals and long-term growthBalance speed, tech debt, reliability, and future scalabilitySet technology standards for coding, testing, releases, and documentationCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product, business leadership, and developersCommunicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teamsBuild a healthy, positive culture with strong accountability and teamworkAlign engineering priorities with company milestones and customer needsMust-Have Experience
Yiddish speaking requiredProven track record growing and leading engineering teams at a SaaS companyExperience scaling engineering from early-stage → structured operationStrong technical background in C# .NET (must have been a developer earlier in your career)Deep understanding of Agile, sprints, and engineering process managementExperience managing fast-growth delivery environments with competing prioritiesStrong operational mindset — org design, performance management, systems, and processConfident leadership — not a “yes person,” comfortable making and defending decisionsAbility to build teams, hold people accountable, and inspire excellenceWhy Join Us?
