Chito Gvrito, a modern Georgian restaurant rooted in warmth, culture, and elevated hospitality, is seeking an experienced Server to join our front-of-house team.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale or fast-paced dining

Basic wine knowledge – Georgian wine familiarity is a plus but not required

Basic cocktail knowledge

Diverse knowledge of international foods is a plus but not required

• Cultural awareness and ability to represent a globally inspired menu with care and enthusiasm

Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset

F lexible schedule is a MUST , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

MUST be available for both weekend double shifts AND additional at least one weekday double shift between Mon and Thu.

Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and pace

Awareness of guest feedback and ability to respond with professionalism

Physical & Service Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times per shift

Ability to carry multiple plates and bus tables as needed

Willingness to assist wherever needed to support smooth service
