HRIS & People Analytics Manager (Miami)

A leading healthcare organization based in South Florida is conducting a confidential search for a forward-thinking HRIS & People Analytics Manager to lead enterprise HR systems operations and drive data-informed decision-making. About the Role : This position oversees HRIS operations, people data architecture, system integrations, and advanced analytics platforms while mentoring a high-performing team. The successful candidate will bring experience from a complex, multi-entity organizationand demonstrate the ability to align HR technology with business strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 5+ years in HRIS, including 2+ in a leadership role
• Expertise in platforms like Infor, Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, or UKG
• Advanced analytics skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data storytelling and visualization capabilities
• Vision for integrating AI and emerging technologies into HR systems and analytics
• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
