Travel Consultant II

A company is looking for a D&G Travel Consultant II to provide exceptional customer service to defense and government travelers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and complete travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, and rail

Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences while offering informed recommendations

Handle booking changes and resolve issues that may arise during travel

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a customer service role

Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)

Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government client requirements

Willingness to undergo a background investigation including criminal history and credit record review

Ability to adhere to information security policies and regulations
