Requirements :

Responsibilities :
You will serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance across our corporate and store teams.Your role includes providing Tier 1 support, which involves password resets, account unlocks, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.You will support back-office systems such as computers, printers, security cameras, and battery backups.You will assist with IT projects by deploying and maintaining point-of-sale systems, servers, and workstations.Documenting all support interactions for knowledge base development and process enhancement will be part of your responsibilities.Installing and configuring hardware / software for new and existing store locations will be required.You will diagnose connectivity problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.Delivering remote support for employees and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new store systems will be part of your duties.Technologies :
