The Concierge greets and provides support and resource information on the organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge performs basic administrative / clerical / operational / customer support / computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

The Concierge welcomes patients to the center in a warm and friendly manner, will take patient information and put names on a waiting list, cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms, and interacts with patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience. Provides assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and / or within established policies / practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications :

• At least 1 year or more of Concierge or Receptionist experience. We prefer prior healthcare experience, but willing to consider someone with a strong customer service background in other industries.
• MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to professionally greet and interact with patients as they arrive at the center
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Clear communication style and good phone etiquette
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications :

Working Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 00 to 5 : 00

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range : $37,440 - $42,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
