Applicants should possess a degree and/or an industry-standard certificate/license that demonstrates knowledge, skills, and ability in database administration, along with at least 3 years of experience as a database administrator. The combination of education and experience must showcase the following core job skills: data modeling and database design, database schema creation and management, general database management, ensuring data integrity and availability, capacity planning, and expertise in web-specific technology.
