Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

This onsite position in Rochdale, MA offers the chance to lead financial strategy, drive growth, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated sector. You'll work closely with the CEO and investors to secure capital, optimize financial systems, and guide the business toward long-term success.

The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team. This role requires proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a start-up or high-growth environment, ideally within cannabis or another regulated industry. Strong expertise in financial strategy, investor relations, and capital management is essential, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Advanced degrees in finance or accounting are required, and CPA or MBA credentials are preferred.
