Seeking a full-time, board-eligible / board-certified Urologist with a focus on Female Urology and Pelvic Floor Reconstruction to provide comprehensive Urology services in the heart of Sonoma County. In this role, you will have excellent support from a full complement of medical and surgical specialists, including Interventional Radiology. • Full-time position joining three other Urologists
• Develop your own Urodynamics laboratory, with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to assist you
• OR time at both the main hospital and surgery center
• Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is a Level II Trauma center and the region's referral center for Urology
• DaVinci Xi robot and fully equipped OR to manage complex stones and complex endourologic problems
• In-house holmium laser
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation / holiday / CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career

• Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $417,402 and $597,150 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital / ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
