Your Role :

As a Recruiting Partner, you’ll act as a vital bridge between talented professionals and businesses in need of their skills. Key responsibilities include :

• Building strong, professional relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Collaborating with clients to address urgent hiring needs by identifying top talent.
• Sourcing and screening candidates using advanced tools and strategies.
• Preparing candidates and clients for interviews, facilitating smooth hiring experiences.
• Managing job offers and conducting reference checks.
