Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly communicative hygienist to care for our patients with consummate customer service.

Requirements

• Training and certification as a RDH with CPR / First Aid certifications.
• Experience with sterilization protocols, treatment room set-up and turnover.
• Experience and comfort with all chairside hygiene skills : ultrasonic and hand scaling for debridement, prophylaxis, and SRP, taking digital x-rays and intraoral photos, computer charting for perio and restorative.
• Must be comfortable and skilled in patient and team communication skills, including patient education and oral hygiene instruction.
• Must be able to convey patient concerns in a consistent, polite, and professional manner to colleagues.
• Must love people and have the skills to handle the challenge and satisfaction of helping scared, frightened, or even angry patients become comfortable in the dental office.
• Must be highly trustworthy and ethical.
