What You’ll Do

• Lead automation projects across multiple manufacturing facilities

• Partner with local plant experts to identify opportunities to automate or improve processes

• Design and implement automation solutions that can be reused across sites

• Manage projects from start to finish — scope, budget, timeline, and resources

• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and keep projects moving forward

• Ensure automation standards, documentation, and training are in place

• Track results, measure success, and make adjustments when needed

• Travel to manufacturing locations to support project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (manufacturing, mechanical, or automation preferred)

• 7+ years of experience leading automation or manufacturing-related projects

• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority

• Experience with automation technologies such as:

  Industrial automation (PLC / SCADA)

  Robotics

  RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)

  AI or machine learning exposure is a plus

• Self-starter who can balance multiple projects and priorities

• Strong communicator and team leader

• Comfortable working across multiple sites and functions

• Willing and able to travel up to 50%
