Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Contact Center technologies and influence opportunity strategies
Design, configure, and deploy high-complexity projects while managing risks and ensuring solution quality
Lead a team of developers to enhance software and deliver high-quality solutions on time
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
5+ years of experience in Zoom Contact Center and UC environments
3+ years of software development experience, including coding and testing real-time systems
Experience with ASP.NET and related technologies
Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, and cloud telephony integrations
