Key Responsibilities
Manage the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies
Supervise assigned compensation staff and define operational workflows
Coordinate quality and customer service activities as the primary contact with divisions
Required Qualifications
5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
5 years of operations / finance experience with compensation may be considered in lieu of healthcare experience
Bachelor's degree required
5 years of related compensation and management experience
No specific certification or licensure required
