This is a PRN position for work on an occasional, as-needed basis, an ideal opportunity for an SLP seeking flexibility to balance work with personal commitments while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. PRN Position Details :

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and strategies to support ongoing progress

Requirements :

Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
