Ideally, you will be based in the South Florida market, with the flexibility and willingness to travel to our properties as needed to lead tours, host clients, and represent our brand in person. Responsibilities :

• Generate new business independently, leveraging your network and creativity to connect with luxury travelers, elite travel agencies, corporate clients, and international jet-setters.
• Cultivate and grow existing client relationships.
• Develop strategies, action plans, and KPIs to exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Lead immersive site inspections and property tours, showcasing each home's unique appeal with support from GEMs and the DOSM.
• Represent Lunara Bay at industry events, weaving our story into every interaction.
• Collaborate on campaigns that resonate with the luxury market.
• Keep a pulse on the competition and market trends.
• Partner with operations and guest services teams to ensure every client experience is flawless.
