• Nashville, Tennessee School : STEM Preparatory Academy Reports to :  Academic  Dean and Principal Starting Salary :  Starting salary is $47,659 (which is Bachelors Step 0)                                                              (Final compensation based on experience and degree).

• We’re searching for a dynamic and imaginative Art Teacher who is passionate about helping students express their creativity while connecting it to a broader world of science, technology, engineering, and math.
• As part of our high school faculty, you’ll design and deliver engaging, college-preparatory instruction that empowers students to think critically, experiment boldly, and see themselves as artists, innovators, and leaders.

• Bring art to life through hands-on, inquiry-based projects that blend technique, self-expression, and interdisciplinary learning.
• Collaborate with teachers across disciplines to create cross-curricular experiences—think art meets science, or design meets technology.

• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Art Education or related field preferred).
• Valid Tennessee teaching license (or eligibility for one).

• Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes or achieving ambitious goals.
