KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent and Culture Communications to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and drive elements of KPMG's HR and talent strategy, including but not limited to performance development, talent development, total rewards (including compensation and benefits), recognition, work / life effectiveness, organizational culture, and employee engagement and retention
  • Work to understand and effectively communicate complex and technical HR and talent-related processes and programs
  • Create engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, emails, talking points, social media and website
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create compelling stories and messages
  • Provide guidance and support to internal Talent and Culture stakeholders on communication best practices
  • Manage and maintain communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum seven years of recent progressive communications and / or editorial experience within a large internal corporate communications environment; professional services firm and / or HR communications experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or seven years of equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling and content creation abilities
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
