Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst

The Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst will join an already successful team to grow our projects, other staff, and personally through the firm's commitment to our people. An experienced Quality Assurance Analyst who brings in mature technical skills, continually advancing themselves through training, involvement with product launches, and is active within the team dynamics will find themselves at home with Myers and Stauffer. Essential Functions :

• Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to understand requirements and technical designs.
• Review requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts; knowledge of Selenium C# is a plus.
• Contribute to building automation test frameworks.
• Perform API testing.
• Optimize test scripts for performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Prepare test data and oversee readiness of test environments.
• Identify, document, report, and track QA defects in Jira.
• Track QA metrics such as test execution metrics, automation coverage, and defect metrics.
