Practice : Each physician supported by 2 clinic APPs, 1 consult service APP, a scribe, nurse, and scheduler Epic with Abridge AI dictation True growth position incoming physicians will absorb a backlog of patients Collaborative subspecialty network : colorectal, hepatology, oncology, pathology, radiology, surgical oncology, liver transplant, and bariatrics Daily procedures | Brand-new equipment refresh coming soon with AI integration and Provation software 4.5-day workweek | Call 1 : 5 at a single hospital (moving to 1 : 7 with growth) | APPs take first call, making call extremely light Procedures supported : ERCP, EUS, biliary stents, double balloon enteroscopy, RFA / HALO, EndoFLIP, capsule endoscopy (3 types, including AI), hydrogen breath testing, pH monitoring, esophageal manometry and dilation, and more Benefits : $650K base salary plus productivity (no cap) 2 year partnership track; all partners earning >
