Procurement & Logistics Analyst

Tampa, FL | $24–$26 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly versatile and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Analyst to oversee purchasing, product management, and logistics functions. This position involves sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, coordinating international shipments, analyzing pricing, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking on diverse responsibilities while growing with the company.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; macros a plus)
  • Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, and logistics processes (domestic & international)
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, DHL, FedEx) and international trade compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities independently

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management (international experience strongly preferred)
