RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS :

  • Must have solid law firm experience, working on a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, partnerships and corporate finance transactions, both domestic and cross border.
  • Ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
  • Reviewing and editing agreements with clients and third parties
  • Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts
  • Responding to discovery requests
  • Ideal candidate would be familiar with ethics rules and be willing to take on a variety of tasks with significant responsibility and have excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
  • Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
