The Creative Facilities Associate position is in direct assistance to our Creative Facilities Manager. This is a technical and hands-on role with experience in IT, facilities, and production equipment management.
General Accountabilities
- Studio, Equipment, and Room Resets
- Tours when the Creative Concierge needs help
- IT Systems Maintenance (CRM, network reliability, software integrations, etc.)
- Facilities Management
- Facilities Inventory Management (snacks, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- Security and Access Management Systems Maintenance
- Production Equipment operates and manages A / V and rental equipment
- Maintains equipment in working condition
- Makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment
- Notifies maintenance personnel when major correction is required
- Positions, installs, connects and tests equipment such as cameras, microphones, and amplifiers for networking, classes, and live-stream events
