The Opportunity

As a Senior Ai Engineer, You’ll Architect and Build Agentic Workflows That Redefine How Professional Services Firms Operate. Using Cutting-edge Protocols like the Model Context Protocol (Mcp) and Agent-to-agent (A2a) Collaboration, You’ll Design Ai Systems That Don’t Just Assist—They Act, Orchestrating Workflows Across Tools, Data, and Teams.

You’ll Collaborate with a World-class Engineering Team to Push Beyond Traditional Saas, Embedding Autonomy, Reasoning, and Intelligence into the Very Fabric of Bigtime’s Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Mcp-based Frameworks That Enable Llms to Connect Seamlessly with Bigtime and Third-party Ecosystems (Salesforce, Quickbooks, Jira, Hubspot, Intacct, and Beyond).
• Design and Implement Agentic Control Planes for Governance, Security, and Auditability—Ensuring Safe, Explainable Autonomy.
• Orchestrate Multi-agent Workflows Using A2a Patterns, Allowing Agents to Plan, Delegate, and Adapt Across Dynamic Environments.
• Benchmark Agent Performance with Emerging Standards (E.g., Livemcp-101) to Validate Orchestration and Execution.
• Enhance Resilience and Scalability by Building Fault-tolerant, Observable, and Distributed Ai-driven Services.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Platform Teams to Transform How Professional Services Operate.
• Continuously Explore Bleeding-edge Ai Methods and Bring Fresh Ideas into Production.

What We Offer

The Salary for This Position Is Between $120,000-$160,000 Annually. in Addition to Base Salary and a Competitive Benefits Package, This Position May Be Eligible for Additional Types of Compensation Such a  Bonuses.
