Account Manager for Non-QM Loans

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Wholesale Nonqm).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of loans from submission through funding while providing exceptional service

Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, borrowers, and internal departments

Review loan files for completeness and accuracy, coordinating with relevant parties

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of mortgage experience, preferably in Non-QM loan processing or account management

Proven success in managing a loan pipeline from submission to funding

Strong understanding of Non-QM products and guidelines

Experience with Lending QB / Meridian Link is highly preferred

Proficient in MS Office and mortgage loan origination systems
