A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support commercial contracting across select portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including enterprise software license and cloud services agreements

Support sales and commercial teams in negotiating customer and partner agreements while advising on contract structure and negotiation strategy

Manage multiple concurrent negotiations and collaborate with various teams to resolve commercial issues and assist with disputes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of relevant legal experience

Experience negotiating enterprise software agreements, including software license and SaaS agreements

Familiarity with enterprise software licensing models and channel partner agreements

Prior in-house or law-firm experience representing software or technology companies preferred

Active membership in a relevant Bar association
