Role Overview
We’re hiring a Junior Data Scientist to join our multi-agent systems and product analytics team. This is a product-oriented role—not research-focused—where you’ll build features, monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and collaborate with engineering in an agile, fast-paced environment. You’ll use data to improve how our AI agents work and scale across thousands of practices.
What You Will Own
- Build and enhance product features based on LangGraph multi-agent orchestration
- Monitor system performance and behavior in production
- Investigate and triage bugs or regressions through data analysis
- Recommend improvements and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers in an agile product team
- Focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that impact real users
