What You'll Do :

  • Responsible for booking calls on the board. Outbound from our database for the best calls first until we're too busy with inbound calls.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and care
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our field team
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers before, during, and after service
  • Maintain accurate records in our customer management system
  • Help resolve customer concerns and ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note

    • What We're Looking For :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatching role (HVAC or trades industry preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • A calm, friendly demeanor-even under pressure
  • A team-first mindset and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
