SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Business Development Manager

We are looking for an individual that values working hard and playing hard, delivering results and learning from failures, and playing together and winning together. As a business development manager you will be responsible for growing company sales. We offer a commission pay plan (50% + 25% + 25%). Our company has aggressive growth goals and this position is essential to achieving those.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation including networking, prospecting, etc.
• Pipeline management
• Transitioning customers from sales to the operations team
• Weekly reporting of sales data

Qualifications:

• Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
