Program Coordinator Lead DSP

As a Program Coordinator you will play a crucial role by providing compassionate care while enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This is not a supervisory role. However the PC is the lead staff for one residential In-Home program.

What You Get to Do :

• Document and follow-up of individual and program related needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Washington Administrative Rules.
• One-on-one training of DSP staff.
• Provide hands-on assistance encouragement mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort safety and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around getting in and out of bed dressing bathing personal hygiene and more.
• Shopping and meal preparation.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties including cleaning organizing maintaining a safe and tidy living environment and washing drying folding and putting away clothes and linens.
• Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
• Attend community outings and fun activities like outdoor walks games and social events.
• Transport clients to appointments or other activities outside the home.
• Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
• Document progress milestones and action steps.
