Hours : Monday–Friday, 1st Shift : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM; 2nd Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 30 AM

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced production team, ensuring quality craftsmanship while contributing to our supportive, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do :

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for :

Setting up and operating multi-head embroidery machines with the appropriate threads, needles, and materials.

Interpreting design specifications to ensure proper placement and alignment of embroidery.

Inspecting completed products for quality and promptly addressing any issues that arise.

Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on the machines.

Hooping and preparing garments accurately for embroidery.

Maintaining organized records of machine settings, inventory, and completed work.

What You’ll Bring :

The ideal candidate for this role will have :

A High School Diploma or GED (Required).

A minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Embroidery or sewing experience is a HUGE plus.

Great manual dexterity, as this is precise, detailed work that requires constant manipulation of hands and fingers.

Patience to re-thread needles on the machine multiple times throughout the day.

Coachability and a willingness to learn, with the ability to keep up with training.

The ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for the entirety of your shift.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet hourly production goals.

Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Reliable transportation.
