About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Blockchain Architect to be the technical visionary and lead architect for its next-generation blockchain and gaming ecosystem. This role is pivotal in designing a high-throughput, low-latency, and compliant chain that can support massive parallel execution for large-scale gaming and digital entertainment workloads. The successful candidate will be responsible for blockchain architecture and design, ecosystem infrastructure development, innovation in tooling, and will play a key leadership role in collaboration with cross-functional teams. A founder-level leadership position, the Chief Blockchain Architect will also be tasked with recruiting, mentoring, and leading a world-class blockchain engineering team.

Applicants must have a proven track record in blockchain infrastructure projects, with deep expertise in consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and smart contract platforms. The role requires a strong background in scaling blockchain performance, hands-on engineering experience in performance-critical languages, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment are essential. While not mandatory, experience in gaming or entertainment infrastructure, knowledge of cryptography, ZK proofs, or secure multi-party computation, and a background in AI-driven systems or developer tool ecosystems are considered advantageous.
