Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee a major project revamping communications and technology systems at a VA hospital in West Palm Beach, FL. This government contract requires strict compliance with security protocols, including background checks and clearance. The ideal candidate will be located near West Palm Beach, highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple small-scale tasks simultaneously. Experience in multifamily or housing projects is a plus, as these environments demand coordination across numerous concurrent activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Skills : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Patience and ability to manage complex, phased projects. Proficiency with technology tools and construction management software.
• Compliance : Ability to pass background check and obtain required security clearance.
• Other : Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $65.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
