[job_card.job_description]Set up, operate, and monitor short-path and / or wiped-film distillation equipment. Maintain accurate batch records and ensure product consistency. Troubleshoot distillation runs and escalate issues when needed. Clean, sterilize, and maintain glassware and laboratory equipment. Keep laboratory areas organized, safe, and compliant with all standards. Conduct daily sanitation checks and report hazards. Track raw materials, solvents, reagents, and finished product inventory. Log all activities in compliance systems (e.g., Cultivera, Groflow). Assist with audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and recordkeeping. Location : Lake Stevens, WA Employment Type : Full-Time Schedule / Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM High school diploma required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs. Commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining a clean work environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Lab Technician to join our team in Lake Stevens, WA. This role is responsible for supporting cannabis product formulation, post-processing, distillation, and compliance activities while maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Formulation & Post-Processing
- Follow recipes and production schedules to formulate vape products and other cannabis-infused products.
- Assist with preparation and blending of concentrates, distillates, and infused products in accordance with SOPs.
- Operate equipment for winterization, filtration, decarboxylation, and related processes.
- Support product development and R&D initiatives under supervision.
