Live-In Certified Home Health Aide

Haddon Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Home Health Aides (LiCHHAs) to provide 24-hour care and support to clients in their homes. Care is provided under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Case Manager.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per Plan of Care

• Personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Assist with ambulation and mobility

• Medication reminders (self-administered only)

• Take and document vital signs as directed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Encourage independence and mental engagement

• Follow care plans and complete required documentation

• Report changes in client condition to nursing staff

• Active state Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Completion of all required background checks

• Reliable transportation

• 1 year experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to bend, stoop, and assist with mobility

• Ability to lift and transfer clients up to 200 lbs with assistance

• Ability to carry up to 10 lbs

• Live-in client home setting

• High exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Compensation:

• Live-in pay: $240 per day

• Optional food allowance: $20 per day
