Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design of qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand business and customer needs
Synthesize research and analysis to uncover actionable insights and communicate findings to senior leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategic planning and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 10+ years of experience in related roles, or equivalent experience
Master's Degree in a relevant field AND 12+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in related roles
Experience leveraging large data sets
Experience with automations and AI
Prior tech industry experience
