Key Responsibilities
Handle member inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining a high standard of service
Enroll members in coverage and process reinstatement forms according to guidelines
Collaborate with management to address member complaints and ensure a positive member experience
Required Qualifications
High School degree required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a call center
Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred
Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
