Customer Service / Sales Representative

Lawn Doctor of Antioch is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented individual to join our growing company. If you're ready to bring your best every day and thrive in a fast-paced environment we're the place for you! This full-time position offers growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates initiative, strong communication skills, and alignment with our company values. The position begins immediately and runs year-round (with increased hours during peak season).

About the Role

Schedule :

  • MondayFriday - 5 or 8-hour shifts (start time is flexible, but must be available until 5 PM)
  • Some Saturdays during the busy season (9 AM 1 PM)

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Service / Sales Representative who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue through inbound and outbound communication.

Compensation :

  • $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Commission opportunities (based on sales achieved)
  • Performance-based bonus structure

    • Daily Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
  • Make outbound follow-up calls on estimates and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on canceled customers for customer satisfaction
  • Sell services over the phone and meet sales goals
  • Respond to all customer emails
  • Offer additional or seasonal services
  • Maintain accurate customer data and account records
  • Process paperwork from the sales and service team

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to learn new software systems (training provided)
  • Experience in the lawn care industry is a plus but not required
